Terms of Service

GPT Export helps you export your own conversations from ChatGPT (chatgpt.com / chat.openai.com), Claude (claude.ai), and Gemini (gemini.google.com) to local files (HTML, JSON, or Markdown). Processing runs in your browser. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.

• Free: up to 5 conversations total per extension, subject to change with notice on the website.
• Pro: one-time payment for a lifetime license key. One key removes export limits on ChatGPT Power Exporter, Claude Power Exporter, and Gemini Power Exporter on devices where the key is activated.

Pro purchases are processed by Stripe. Prices are shown at checkout in EUR unless otherwise stated. Because you receive a digital license key immediately after payment, refunds are generally not offered once the license key has been delivered or displayed. Contact us if you believe a charge was made in error.

Pro license keys are personal. You may not resell, share publicly, or redistribute keys. We may revoke keys obtained through fraud, chargebacks, or abuse. License verification requires an internet connection to our servers; chat content is not sent during verification.

• Export only conversations you have lawful access to.
• Do not use the extensions to scrape third-party accounts without permission.
• Do not reverse engineer, resell, or misrepresent the extensions as products of OpenAI, Anthropic, or Google.
• Do not attempt to bypass free-tier limits through automation or abuse.

The extensions and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini website structure may change without notice, which can temporarily affect export functionality. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or compatibility with future UI changes on those platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business opportunities. Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid for Pro in the twelve months before the claim.

We may update these Terms or product limits. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
